No doubt The Sky has work to do if they are to salvage this season and make the playoffs. We all have our ideas of why things are not going well...and the loss of Faulkner only make it tougher.

It's never any one persons fault...BUT...we know when a team has tough times THE COACH is the one that is going to be on the hot seat, because they hold "the keys to the car".

Having no real info due to the lack of insight to any WNBA team...many times we're left to speculate about what's going on...AND IT'S FRUSTRATING!!! We have to live with the fact that the media, when it comes to the WNBA, is simply not really that interested!!!

The Sky is now 6-12, and we all know they are better than that. The question is "what are they going to do from this point???

My assertion is "SOUL SEARCHING" is now due for EVERY MEMBER of this team top to bottom to give it their all to reverse the trend...coaches and players with 16 games remaining.

This team is better than they're showing us! Comments welcome...

Last night that defense against The Lynx was quite good. It wasn't their best but it was much better than what we've seen of late.

I think a huge key was starting Parker because Minny has a strong front line.

During the post game interview Sloot stated they didn't even think about offense...they focused on defense and getting stops. They did that...and now they need to KEEP DOING IT.

Coach Stocks said the reason for starting Parker was to keep her back from getting stiff but I hope it resonates with her that it's best to start Parker because it helps on the boards as well as helps William's play better.

The team will not win many future games if they cannot find a clue on how to play any credible defense. The numbers do not lie. The Sky are the worst defensive team in the WNBA.

If only the Sky had a tall, mobile, shot-blocking center on a rookie-scale contract. That would be nice.
