Who are you looking at at #4?

Asia Durr
Katie Lou Samuelson
Napheesa Collier
Kalani Brown
Kristine Anigwe
Jackie Young
Alanna Smith
Arike Ogunbowale

Or someone else?

How about at #15?

I'd like to see us take Brown if she's available. We could use her size and strength.

What's up Sigur3? Good to see you post again.

It's been a task for me deciding what I think is the best 4 pick for The Sky. They re-signed Ndour which surprised me. She's a decent 3/4 player but has no weight to play center. They have good size with Parker, Coates who can go 4 or 5 spots. Dolson is definitely a center but slow on her feet.

I think the pick has to be Kalani Brown because she has excellent size to play center at 6' 7" with a very good inside game. The question is will she be there?

At small forward The Sky look goods with DeShields, Copper, Williams, and Quigley all able to play there but I think Wade should try to get a solid 3 player that's about 6' 3" at the 15th pick.

Can The Sky aquire Brown? It's defintely possible because more than a center, Vegas needs a PG and so does the Liberty. That would leave Indy taking McCowan, and Brown is there for The Sky.

I'll be watching the draft with great interest.

Anyone thinking Kalani Brown has moved past McCowan in the draft??

I think she has. Brown seems to have the better knowledge of how to play the game. If that proves out she may have changed the draft totally.

My first disappointment with Wade...Kalani Brown is right there for the taking and he goes for Katie Lou Samuelson???

Then in the 2nd round the pick is another guard???

I don't understand!!! If anyone understands this explain it to me...

Stocks was hired several years ago to improve the quality of the Sky's defense. We all know the results of that failed experiment. Now Wade is hired and he promotes the same philosophy. He will improve the defensive quality of the Sky. I am a firm believer in results. I don't demand that the Sky make the playoffs this season. But I want to see an improvement in the team's defense.

Here's why I hoped Wade would take Kalani Brown. In the West now you have 3 dominant centers in Griner, Cambage, and now Brown, who was drafted by the Sparks. The East has no Centers with the size of those 3 except Imani Stafford McGhee to rival those three for size and offense.

We know the Sparks just got even more lethal with Brown...I already pencil them in for the playoffs minimum.

I'm not saying at all that the West is now invincible...but they'll definitely have 3 of the best Centers because I have no doubt Brown is going to be very good.

I have The Sky in the playoffs!
